1. The white material filling machine:

Take a certain amount of white material filling to the pot, filling quantity: 0-450-ml, repeat filling measure for plus or minus 0.5%, and the filling speed is 800-1200 tank/hour (white material is made polyether polyols as the main raw material viscous liquid)

2. Black material filling machine:

Take a certain amount of black material filling to the pot, filling quantity: 0-450-ml, repeat filling measure for plus or minus 0.5%, and the filling speed is 800-1200 tank/hour (black material is a kind of isocyanate, is sticky liquid)

4. Filling dimethyl ether machine:

The machine can filling a certain amount of dimethyl ether after valve filling to the pot, filling quantity: 0-450-ml, repeat filling measure for plus or minus 0.5%, and the filling speed is 800-1200 tank/hour (dimethyl ether is a liquefied gas, in this as foaming agent)

5. Filling propane and butane machine:

The machine can filling a certain amount of propane and butane after valve filling to the pot, filling quantity: 0-450-ml, repeat filling measure for plus or minus 0.5%, and the filling speed is 800-1200 tank/hour (propane and butane was a liquefied gas, in this as a propellant)

6. Pressure thread cover machine:

This equipment is mainly used for the gun type polyurethane foam adhesives installed on the thread cover, convenient, quick, safe.

7. Vibration wave machine:

This machine mainly use the reciprocating movement of the cylinder. Will be filled in a product packing vibration wave machines, through the reciprocating motion, make white material, black tank material, dimethyl ether, BingDing silane could be fully stir well.
